Real Estate Customer Service Responsibilities
- Provide clients with tailored advisory approach;
- Generate bespoke solutions aligned with customers’ goals and investment profiles;
- Provide clients with end-to-end support;
- Guide customers from concept and up to completion and ongoing asset management;
- Build a solid professional network;
- Establish partnerships with developers, architects, legal experts, contractors, and other parties;
- Interact with other team memberls like financial experts, managers, etc.;
- Demonstrate an exceptional level of confidentiality & integrity;
- Provide clients with transparent and client-first consulting practices.
Real Estate Customer Service Requirements
- Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; 1–3 years of experience in customer service or real estate.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with professional phone and email etiquette.
- Customer Focus: Strong ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive client relationships.
- Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple clients, listings, and documents.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems, MLS platforms, and basic office software (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
- Knowledge of Real Estate Basics: Understanding of real estate terms, processes, and fair housing practices.
